Sydney Tower

Posted under Chronicles of Australia

Last Sunday I went to Sydney Tower!!! Finally, after some months in here I could climb the tallest building in the city. Thanks Catherine for the vouchers, I promise I won’t try to push you into the traffic (during September).

Well the view from the top is really spectacular, everything seems so close in the city. Also you have some binoculars so great that you can actually see inside the offices of the neighbouring buildings. The ticket also includes the OzTrek (ground floor), cool holograms and some screen with moving chairs, all the cinemas should be like that. Of course some people get a bit scared, bah tourists!

Some pictures below and the rest of the picture, guess what?, in another album! Creatively titled Sydney Tower.

Back and kicking

Posted under Chronicles of Australia

I haven’t been able to blog lately because of the classes and assignments. Fortunately I have a couples of weeks off, although I’m still busy with more assigments and the job in Websalad. What I did the last Sunday 3 of September? Well I went to the Spanish festival, it was nice to hear Spanish speakers and even Mexican mariachis!

Manly!

Posted under Chronicles of Australia

Last Thursday 31 August I went with Kim to Manly beach to eat Mexican food at Montezumas! We took a ferry and a bus to go there but it was a worthwhile effort, the food was great. We ate enchiladas and nachos! Also Manly is such a nice place we need more time to explore. Oddly enough you can find a lot of people even when it was Thursday in the morning (shouldn’t people be working or at school?). More pictures in the new Manly album.
